Currently, we service over 150 cities in Missouri and Arkansas, making us the largest fixed wireless internet provider in the state of Missouri.
JOB SUMMARY
Our Customer Service position is responsible for inbound and outbound calls, notating account changes, answering account questions, performing administrative tasks, and processing financial transactions. The associate must be extremely accurate, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while maintaining a friendly demeanor. The candidate must maintain exceptional customer service skills and effectively descale customer's issues when they arise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, FUNCTIONS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer phone calls for customers paying bills, questioning charges, or changing service levels.
- Enter data from account changes, phone calls, and updates.
- Contact originators of the documents, to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data.
- Provide routine administrative tasks.
- Picking up and delivering correspondence from local post offices and banks.
- Maintain reports for receivables and keeping track of collections.
EDUCATION & RELATED EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- A minimum of one year of customer service experience is required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Maintain a clean, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of computers, printers, and other office equipment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to maintain attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to operate a 10-key and complete data entry.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.
- A Computer Skills Assessment is required to be considered for his position.
